Terms of Service

IRL Organizing provides mobile, in-home professional home organizing in Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa and the East Valley. Other locations may be arranged, subject to availability and additional travel fees. Our work includes:

• Personalized project planning for your household
• Hands-on decluttering, sorting and creating categories
• Functional systems designed around your daily routines
• Product recommendations and container layouts
• Labeling and finishing touches
• Guidance sorting belongings and preparing donations

IRL Organizing is a home organizing service. It is not a cleaning, moving, hauling or junk removal service.

Submitting a form does not book an appointment or create a booking. Samanda personally reviews every inquiry and follows up with you. We cannot promise to take on every project or to have availability on a given date. We do not offer free consultations as a general service. An optional complimentary 30-minute In-Home Project Planning Visit may be offered after the deposit is paid, when an in-person assessment is helpful. Straightforward projects may be assessed from submitted photos and project information.

Professional organizing starts at $500 per organizer for up to five hours, with a five-hour minimum per organizer. Additional time is billed at $85 per hour, per organizer, and must be approved by you first. The five-hour package does not guarantee that a room or project will be finished in five hours. Completion depends on factors such as the size and layout of the space, the amount of belongings, how much decluttering is needed, how quickly decisions are made, the complexity of the systems, and product availability. Some projects need extra hours or more than one session. After reviewing your inquiry, Samanda sends a personalized project quote. The rates on this website describe our current pricing, and your quote states what applies to your project.

There is no online booking or checkout on this website. After reviewing your inquiry, Samanda sends your quote, booking agreement and deposit payment details. Your appointment is secured when the deposit is paid, subject to availability. Projects needed within five business days may be considered through IRL Priority Scheduling, subject to availability. It adds a surcharge of 20% of the organizing service total or $150, whichever is greater, shown in your quote.

A deposit of 50% of your quoted organizing service total is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your final invoice. The 50% booking deposit may be paid by credit or debit card, Zelle, or Venmo. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours after the appointment and may be paid by credit or debit card, Zelle, Venmo, or cash.

• Please give at least seven days' notice to reschedule an appointment.
• Inside the seven-day notice period, deposit handling is decided case by case. Please contact IRL Organizing directly.
• If IRL Organizing must cancel, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit.

To help your project go well, we ask that you:

• Give us safe access to the spaces to be organized at your appointment time
• Share accurate information and photos about the project
• Tell us ahead of time about anything we should know, such as fragile or valuable items, pets, or areas that should not be entered
• Be ready to make decisions about your belongings during the appointment. The pace of decisions affects how much we can finish.

You do not need to tidy first.

You decide what to keep, donate or discard. We offer guidance and suggestions without judgment. We will not donate or discard your belongings without your approval.

Storage products, supplies, bins, baskets, labels and specialty materials are not included in the organizing rate. Product costs are additional, and all product purchases require your approval before purchasing.

• We do not guarantee a specific result or completion time. Results depend on your household, your belongings and your decisions.
• We provide the services described in these terms. Work beyond them, and any additional time, is done only with your approval and may be quoted separately.
• The Home Maintenance Program is only for existing IRL Organizing clients and previously organized spaces. New spaces and substantial decluttering need a separate project quote.

IRL Priority Scheduling, The IRL Home Maintenance Program ($85 per hour per organizer, two-hour minimum, no subscriptions or automatic billing) and The IRL Referral Program ($100 credit for each side) have their own terms, shown on the Pricing and Services pages.
